Loosely governed by a group of nobles known as the Dawn Council, Sasserine is a “lost” haven for pirates & smuggling, the city’s size, riches & chicanery are nearly unsurpassed in the world, but it is known only to debaucherous sailors & shady businessmen.

Located on a sizable & surprisingly remote continent in the trackless sea, pirates and smugglers of varying alliances can agree on one thing – the need for there own “private Waterdeep” to remain private.
